The Omni Amelia Island Resort is the host hotel for Pollies 26 where all conference functions take place.
Airport Information
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is easily accessible by car or air through Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and offers a variety of transportation services to make your arrival seamless.
- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) – Approximately 29 miles / 45 minutes from the Omni Amelia Island Resort
- Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB) – Approximately 5 miles / 10 minutes from the Omni (private and charter flights only)
- Taxi and rideshare options are readily available to the Resort from JAX.
Private Transportation
East Coast Transportation provides direct, non-stop transfers from JAX for a fee. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability.
Car Rental
JAX offers a full range of car rental agencies, including Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, and National. Driving to Amelia Island provides flexibility for exploring the resort and nearby attractions.
The Omni Amelia Island Resort offers convenient on-site parking for all guests.

Policies
- One reservation per registrant; group reservations are not permitted.
- Rooms in the discounted block are for registered attendees of the 2026 Pollie Awards & Conference only.
- Cancellations after February 11, 2026, may incur a fee.
- AAPC may cancel reservations in the discounted block if the guest is not registered for the conference.

Make the most of your time at Pollies 26 or extend your stay to soak up the charm of Amelia Island. From pristine beaches and world-class golf to historic downtown and dining, there’s plenty to explore before or after the conference.
The dress code for Pollies 26 is smart casual for all conference sessions and daytime events. Attire such as slacks, khakis, skirts, blouses, collared shirts, and dresses is appropriate. Ties and jackets are optional.
For evening receptions, cocktail attire is recommended. Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket for cooler coastal evenings and indoor air-conditioned spaces.
If you plan to explore Amelia Island or take part in optional outdoor activities, pack comfortable shoes, casual wear, and sun protection. The Omni Amelia Island Resort features multiple pools, a spa, and a private beach—so don’t forget your swimwear if you’d like to enjoy the resort’s amenities.
