All conference functions on Tuesday, May 12th will take place at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.
Special Conference Rate: Attendees of the AAPC Southeast Regional Conference enjoy access to an exclusive discounted room rate of $319++ per evening, plus a $30 destination fee per evening for rooms booked May 11-12, 2026. The cutoff date to book rooms in the discounted block is Monday, April 13, 2026 or when the room block is filled – whichever comes first.
