Booking Policy
AAPC incurs a significant financial responsibility when arranging for a discounted block of guestrooms at the Pollie Conference host hotel, including lowering costs for our attendees. Therefore these discounted rooms are available for and may only be used by registered attendees of the 2025 Pollie Awards & Conference. Holding more than one room per registered attendee and canceling reservations after April 11, 2025 infringes on the ability for AAPC to meet our contractual requirements that also benefit our delegates. Only one reservation per registrant is permitted and group reservations are not permitted. Rooms are subject to a cancellation fee if reservations are canceled after April 11, 2025.

Conference attire is “Resort Wear.” Expect to be comfortable but polished for sessions and networking events.
Nothing fancy, but generally no t-shirts, casual jeans, cutoffs, or tank tops. Keep in mind: it gets cooler in the evenings and meeting rooms (indoors, air-conditioned) can also feel cool, so it would be appropriate to have a light sweater, wrap or light jacket for your comfort. We invite you to dress up and celebrate in style for the closing Pollie Awards evening.
In May, Colorado weather can vary—days are typically warm with highs around 70°F, but evenings can be cooler, dipping into the low 40s.
