The AAPC Hall of Fame Gala will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the historic Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. — one of the most iconic addresses in the nation's capital. Just steps from the White House, the Willard sets the perfect stage for an unforgettable evening honoring the leaders and innovators who have shaped our industry.

Attire
The evening is black tie preferred. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or formal dark suits; ladies are invited to wear floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or elegant evening attire.

Registration & Table Number

Registration will open at 6:00 PM in the Lincoln Library, located in the Willard's lobby near the main hotel check-in area. Upon arrival, please stop by the registration desk to check in and receive your table number.

Seating arrangements have been finalized in advance. As the event is sold out, we are unable to accommodate walk-in attendees or additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Registered guests should check in at the registration desk first before making your way downstairs to the red carpet and reception.

AAPC Foundation Silent Auction
Don't leave without visiting the Silent Auction, open for bids during the evening from 6:00-8:30pm. Packages include dream trips to Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Croatia, France, Norway, and South Africa — plus tickets to the 2027 Rose Bowl and The Players Championship. Every bid supports the AAPC Foundation and its mission to strengthen and advance the political consulting profession.

Transportation & Parking
Valet parking is available at The Willard InterContinental, with the garage entrance on F Street. The garage has a vehicle height restriction of 6'5".

Guests are also welcome to arrive by rideshare or taxi. For those taking Metro, the Metro Center station is conveniently located just steps from the hotel.
