Lara is the Founder of 1060 Advisors, a Paid Media Strategy, Planning and Buying Company. She is responsible for leading the company’s Media Buying Strategy, leveraging proprietary methods and technology tools to help corporations, public affairs and political campaigns reach the right audiences efficiently. She has a particular niche with energy and healthcare industries.

Lara’s experience in advertising and media allows her to be a strategic partner, able to provide insight with a unique 360-degree view inside the Digital and TV ecosystem. Her holistic media expertise spans Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Data-Driven Managed Media Buying Services, Owned and Operated TV Networks, Stand Alone TV Streaming Services (AVOD, Virtual MVPD), Online Radio and Broadcast Radio. She has been part of TV Upfronts and Newfronts. Additionally, she has been intimately involved in Connected TV Supply, Pricing, Data Partners, and Measurement for Converged TV strategies.

Her passion lies at the intersection of paid media and political campaigns. She has orchestrated a multitude of persuasive paid media and data-driven political campaigns of all levels, from the largest Presidential and Statewide Ballot Measures down to state and local races. Before launching her own company, Lara worked on presidential, supreme court, state, and multi-district campaigns across the country. She has directed the data, analytics, and digital strategy in various heavily regulated industries to win tough battles, including Pollie award-winning work for the multi-million dollar effort to reauthorize the EX-IM Bank.

In addition to political, Lara has facilitated media campaigns for a wide range of National, State and DC-focused advocacy and corporate reputation efforts. She has built teams and grown revenue exponentially, starting from zero for a wide range of business size units. This includes driving upper eight figures for an emerging start-up, advising technology firms on new business and category development, as well as growing a Fortune 10 company’s revenue within the political category by 11X, and overseeing a 9-figure annual budget.

She provides clarity and insight into a confusing TV ecosystem growing in complexity. In addition to paid media investment and strategy, Lara speaks at private and public conferences and invests in emerging technologies to stay agile and fresh. Recent investments include: AI/Robotics, CPaaS, Email Marketing, Meta.

When Lara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family on and near the water, traveling and playing tennis.
