Ashley serves as the Director, Campaign Technology on Microsoft's Elections & Societal Resilience team. Tasked with leading Microsoft’s political campaign and party outreach, the team's focus is to advise and support the political and elections ecosystem as they navigate the world of AI and combat rising levels of cyber-attacks. Ashley has been at the forefront of the data renaissance in campaign politics for over a decade – working to ensure that the RNC’s $100+ million investment in data and technology was effectively deployed up and down the ticket during the 2016 election cycle. Her efforts – from her time at the Republican Party of Wisconsin, the Data Trust, NRSC’s independent expenditure and the RNC – have contributed to candidates across the country putting data at the center of their campaign strategy. Ashley graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish and continues to cheer on the Badgers from Alexandria, VA with her husband and two kids.
