Description

The first generation of AI election laws focused on AI-generated content, particularly deepfakes that could be labeled, disclosed or restricted. This session explores where existing disclosure frameworks reach their limits and what transparency, responsibility and accountability might mean when AI becomes an intermediary between voters and political information.
