He was a Senior Video Producer for Kamala Harris in 2024, leading teams that produced 50+ ads, including some of the campaign’s highest-testing spots. He brings two decades of political writing and media experience across presidential, congressional, and ballot measure campaigns, and his work has served as message models for leading Democrats, including the Biden Administration. Notable non-profit clients have included J Street and American Family Voices. Joel is also a professional screenwriter, and has worked on politically-themed TV projects for major studios.
