Erica is a political strategist with nearly 15 years of experience winning competitive campaigns and shaping more than $1 billion in paid media strategy. She is the co-founder of Golden Campaigns and previously served as a Partner at Bearstar Strategies, where she helped defeat the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom, supported his re-election campaign, and contributed to victories for Malia Cohen, congressional candidates, state legislative races, and ballot initiatives. Prior to that, Erica advised some of the nation’s most competitive campaigns at the DCCC, worked on Kamala Harris’s first presidential campaign, and directed multimillion-dollar paid media programs throughout California.
