Stacie Rumenap is a partner at DCI where she specializes in strategic partnerships, coalition management, and grassroots mobilizing. With deep expertise in issue advocacy and politics, Stacie has led 18 successful ballot initiatives across 11 states and played a pivotal role in the passage of legislation in 46 states.

Her political experience includes working on four successful congressional campaigns and serving as finance director for a West Virginia Supreme Court candidate in 2018. Stacie also served as executive director of the Western Republican Leadership Conference, which co-hosted a 2011 presidential debate and two-day political conference in partnership with CNN.

Stacie’s professional background includes leadership roles in several high-profile organizations. She served as director of corporate relations at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, CPAC director at the American Conservative Union, and advisor to numerous advocacy initiatives, including Palladian View’s 2013 “Bridging the Gap” women’s summit, which promoted conservative women in politics and business.

She began her career on Capitol Hill working for a U.S. Representative from Georgia, having worked on his first House campaign. In 2001, she spent three weeks observing and documenting the first national election held in Somaliland, Africa.

In addition to her role at DCI, Stacie serves as president of Stop Child Predators, a nonprofit organization she has led since its founding in 2006. The organization combats the sexual exploitation of children through targeted educational campaigns aimed at state and federal lawmakers.

Stacie holds an M.A. in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and three children.
