As a counsel on the Federal Policy team, Erin Clark focuses her practice on election law, advising entities and nonprofit organizations on how to spend their money in the political space.

Erin’s experience and knowhow is gleaned from her eight years as general counsel for the National Republican Congressional Committee. There, she provided legal and strategic business advice to the chairman, executive director and eight-member executive team, while also serving as a legal advisor to members of the House Republican Conference and their chiefs of staff.

Erin was previously an associate at a Washington, D.C.-based boutique law firm, where she provided counsel to high-profile federal and state candidates, political committees, corporations and high-net-worth individuals on a variety of political activities, including federal and state campaign finance and election law, House and Senate ethics and lobbying compliance.
