As Executive Vice President at IMGE, Courtney Weaver leads client strategy and account services, driving results for the firm’s largest public affairs clients and political campaigns. With over 13 years of experience in the political and digital space, she has overseen multi-million-dollar advertising budgets, managed online fundraising programs, and spearheaded innovative campaign strategies. She also plays a key role in IMGE’s business development, managing growth initiatives and supporting staff development.

Since joining IMGE eight years ago, Courtney has not only shaped winning strategies for high-profile clients but has also trained and mentored numerous account managers. Her leadership has strengthened IMGE’s client service approach, ensuring teams are equipped to execute complex digital programs at scale. Most recently, she led the development and launch of Impact Creators Studio, a managed service offering for social media and influencer marketing, further expanding IMGE’s capabilities.

Before IMGE, Courtney worked on Capitol Hill as a Communications Director and served on local, statewide, and congressional campaigns in New York, Connecticut, and Texas. A native of Upstate New York, she is a graduate of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
