Tom Pino is a seasoned political advertising leader with nearly twenty years of experience managing hundreds of millions in media spend. He stands out not only as one of the few Latinos to helm a media department but also for his rare, comprehensive expertise across the entire advertising landscape. Tom possesses deep, hands-on-keyboard experience in everything from linear television to cutting-edge digital, CTV/OTT, and programmatic strategies, seamlessly translating between GRPs/CPPs and CPMs/impressions to optimize campaign impact.

His strategic insights have benefited campaigns nationwide, including roles as a buyer for the Hillary for America (2016) and Senator Amy Klobuchar (2020) presidential efforts, major party committees (DSCC, DGA, DCCC, House Majority PAC), and crucial ballot initiatives in states like California, Massachusetts, and Missouri.

In 2023, Tom leveraged his extensive media background to launch Polaris Campaigns as a natively cross-screen buying agency built for the modern media landscape.
