Falicia Mandel is a seasoned political fundraiser with nearly 15 years of experience cultivating a vast network of donors and strategists nationwide. She has worked on local, state, and national campaigns, supporting a diverse range of candidates and organizations.
Most recently, Falicia represented clients in competitive U.S. House and Senate races across the East Coast, Midwest, and Mountain West. In 2020, she served as Finance Director for the Trump Victory Finance Committee, leading a 25-person team that raised over $300 million in bundled contributions through a nationwide network of volunteer fundraisers.
Before joining the presidential campaign, Falicia founded FMM Consulting Group (now the MWE Group) in 2018, providing high-level fundraising services for prominent Republicans.
Her passion for competitive races began in 2014 as Iowa Finance Director for U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst, where she cultivated a strong donor base and earned recognition in The Des Moines Register’s "Iowa Caucuses 50 Most Wanted Republicans." She later joined the NRSC (2015-2017) as a Regional Finance Director, overseeing fundraising efforts in 35 states, including the entire West Coast and Midwest, during a crucial Senate election cycle.
A native of Woodland Hills, CA, Falicia earned her B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the slopes and exploring the outdoors.
