Lena has 10 years of experience in creator-integrated marketing, digital advocacy and content strategy. She's recognized for her innovative approach to creator discovery. Due to deep experience in the space, she is able to take influencer marketing away from "template" cookie-cutter campaigns, helping clients develop new services in the creator space, then build and scale sustainable programs.
Lena launched Trilogy’s creator practice in 2022, with an award-winning campaign for Michigan’s Prop 2, which was proof of concept for mobilizing creators at the state level to achieve an immediate goal at the polls. Lena further expanded Trilogy’s offerings by developing specialized digital advocacy programs that harness the influence of lifestyle and non-political creators for mission-driven organizations, including Americans for Contraception (AFC) and the League of Conservation Voters (LCV). Her expertise lies in identifying and collaborating with niche creators in sectors traditionally considered outside the political sphere.
Lena's career as a consumer marketing consultant included creator-led brand campaigns for Starbucks, Sony, eBay, Orange Theory and Wells Fargo. She is called in when brands need premium creators who can deliver both reach and resonance across multi-channel touchpoints. As an early member of TikTok’s Creator Solutions team, she managed creator campaigns for the platform’s highest-spending brand advertisers. She also operationalized and established best practices for the platform's Events creator team, which serviced internal stakeholders for activations at CES, AdWeek and countless smaller stages.
