Fredrick Hicks is the Founder and CEO of the Hicks Evaluation Group (HEG), an organizational consulting firm that specializes in data analytics and communications created in 2006. Since its inception, HEG has worked on hundreds of campaigns at all levels, from school board to the US Senate. Hicks served as the co-lead for the Truman National Security Project’s Atlanta Chapter and as a member of its 2016 Super Pac. Hicks is often called upon to provide commentary on contemporary issues on numerous local, national, and international print, new media, and television media outlets, including Fox News, TRT World, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, the Economist, Washington Post, New York Times, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and The Hill. In addition to his political consulting and as a media commentator, Hicks serves as a trainer
for numerous organizations whose members are considering public service. In 2015, Hicks was named to the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 and in 2019 was named Top Political Strategist in Georgia as well as “Top 25 Extraordinary Atlantans.”
