Mary-Patricia Wray is the founder of Top Drawer Strategies and a seasoned political strategist with experience in government relations, public policy, and campaigns at all levels. She served on Governor Jeff Landry’s transition council and is a senior advisor to Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser. An AAPC 40 Under 40 awardee, MP has played a key role in major Louisiana campaigns, including former Gov. John Bel Edwards’ victories and many statewide ballot initiatives. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Tulane Law School teaching a clinic focused on the Louisiana Constitution of 1974 and legislative advocacy strategy.
