Marifer Zacarias is a Democratic political strategist who specializes in electoral campaigns and stakeholder engagement. Zacarias was the DCCC’s National Engagement Director where she oversaw all constituency paid media and outreach in 2024, and Senior Advisor for Latino Engagement in 2022. She was the Deputy Director for the White House Hispanic Initiative for the Biden-Harris Administration. Zacarias managed national partnerships and partner field and digital plans at For Our Future during the 2020 cycle. She is an Equis Institute, Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Time's Up Legal Defense Fund and National Women's Law Center alum.
